Delete your Color Still Mind account

Color Still Mind is provided by Symington Intelligence Group Ltd (company number 17234629).

In the app (instant)

1. Open Color Still Mind and tap your picture or initial at the top right.
2. Tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently.
3. Optionally tick Also remove my pictures from this phone.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@colorstillmind.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We'll delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address, profile picture).
• Everything backed up to your account: pictures and colorings, drawings you added, progress, streak days, badges, saved colors and preferences.

Copies in our providers' routine backups are removed within 30 days. We don't keep any of your account data after deletion.

What stays on your phone

Pictures and settings saved on your device stay there until you remove them (the option above, or uninstall the app). This includes any setup answers you chose to keep on your device; those are never sent to us.
