1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Color Still Mind app and website (the "service"), provided by Symington Intelligence Group Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17234629) whose registered office is at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. 2. Who can use it

Color Still Mind is designed for adults. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you're under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

You can use the app without an account, in which case your art is saved only on your device. If you sign in (with Google or Apple), please keep that account secure; you're responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time in the app (account, then Delete my account) or as explained on our account deletion page.

4. Your art

Your colorings and any drawings you photograph into the app belong to you (subject to our rights in the line art, below). So that we can store and back them up, you give us a limited permission to host, copy and process them only to provide the service to you. We don't publish them or use them for anything else. That permission ends when you delete them or your account.

Only upload drawings you made yourself or have the right to use. Don't upload anything unlawful, or pages copied from published coloring books or other people's artwork without permission.

5. Our pictures

The line art, app design and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may color our pictures for your own enjoyment and share your colored versions on social media or with friends and family. A mention of Color Still Mind is always appreciated. You may not sell our pictures (colored or not), reuse the line art in other products, or copy the pictures in bulk.

6. Fair use of the service

Please don't misuse the service: for example by trying to access other people's data, interfering with how it works, reverse-engineering it except where the law allows, or using it for anything unlawful.

7. Your wellbeing

Color Still Mind is a relaxing creative activity. It is not a medical device, therapy or treatment, and it doesn't replace advice or care from a qualified professional. Streaks and challenges are optional and gentle; please take breaks whenever you like. If you're struggling, contact your GP or NHS 111, or call Samaritans free on 116 123 (UK and Ireland). In an emergency call 999.

8. Paid features

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, we'll show you the price, what's included and how to cancel before you buy, and purchases will be handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving the service, so features and pictures may change. We'll tell you in the app about important changes to these terms before they take effect. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll explain why unless the law prevents us.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. The service is for personal, non-commercial use, so we have no liability for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under consumer law, such as the right to digital content that is as described and of satisfactory quality.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
